Based in Staffordshire and the North East of England, I'm interested in photography and writing.  I used to write music and songs, and I approach these creative endeavours in the same way.  Namely, looking beneath the surface or between the lines and finding art in the everyday, connection in moments, and expression in detail
 
As a photographer I'm most interested in the lyrical and poetic aspects of image and composition, whatever the subject. Ultimately, I want to capture and express human stories, whether individually or collectively.  If everyone has a novel within them, I want to capture the image of the front cover of that story.
